Delivery Times

We strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • US delivery: 2-9 business days
  • International delivery: 3-11 business days*

Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with our carriers.

*Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.

 

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates vary depending on your location and the total weight of your order.

All products are shipped from a US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees.

 

    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

     

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

     

    Shipping Restrictions

    Orders cannot be delivered to military bases, therefore, please provide your home or business address.

     

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If a package gets lost during delivery, we will be happy to provide you with either a replacement or a refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 5 business days.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to the customer support team no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

    EXEMPTIONS

    Supplements Pharma will not replace, refund or give any credit to your product(s) in case of:

    • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

    • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

    • Buyer's remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

    • Rejected by Customs - If a package is returned due to customs rejection, Supplements Pharma will not issue a refund. It is your responsibility to pay any necessary customs fees.

     

    Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
