So no, our products are not FDA-approved, but they are all GMP certified.

Ordering and Payment

You can place an order directly on our website by adding products to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

Click on the PRODUCTS tab on the main menu, click on the products you would like to purchase, select the quantity you need, then click Add to cart. Repeat this process until you have all the products that you want in your cart.

Hover the cart icon on the right of the main menu, you can click on View cart to make sure you have everything for your order, or Check out if you are ready to pay.

Then follow the instruction on the checkout page to complete your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer standard shipping options.
Shipping usually takes 2 to 9 business days for orders in the US and 3 to 11 business days for international orders.

Yes we do! But please note that there are some custom duties and import fees for orders placed outside of US.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

It takes a few work days to process the refund. Then it is up to your bank to determine how long it will take for the refund to be applied on your credit card or original payment method.
Currently, we do not offer the possibility to exchange products.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team at info@supplementspharma.com within 30 days and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days.
